Currently we understand that there are still issues with people getting
enough lightweight Oxygen. The number of people buying Portable Concentrators
indicate that people are still not getting what they need. We are aware of
some issues with the provision of these devices. Also we are aware of excuses
given by firms for not providing Liquid Oxygen. This Latest Article from
Pulse underlines much of our Argument about Control.
The HOOF form - An Order Form or a Request form. Some tips to get what you

Holidays - Do we have the confidence to go away? My recent
experience of Cornwall was
excellent
thanks to BOC/Vitalair. I have also been to the Lakes using Air Products
and the New Forest with Allied Respiratory. So 3 different companies and 3
good experiences. However others have had a different experience.

In 1997 Tony Blair told us
that we had 24 hours to save the NHS. There are many in the Medical
profession who believe we are on the way to Privatisation. Does the Oxygen

Are you Plumbed in? Is your Concentrator connected in such a way to enable
you to fully enjoy your home?

So who deserves credit? The CF Trust
and members have taken a pro-active approach and have tried their
best. Our contributors have helped along with the BBC for the
Watchdog program. The Pharmacists in the PCT's along with others who
worked hard to help Patients. Those staff members who have worked silly
hours to get out supplies. The Local Press who found stories in their own
community. |
The Home Oxygen Service so far and the Campaign. What are the pluses and the minuses.
Call Centres and Service issues and what needs to be done to improve the
service. We have written to many people to raise awareness and have
visited Parliament. Our main correspondence included analyses and
suggestions, as well as making points about the Privatisation.
