Our experience with Air Products was not a good one. Each time they told us they had no supplies.

One occasion they left me with no cylinders for three weeks. Each time we rang they just said we have no idea when we can deliver.

Supposing I had no concentrator, I would not be here now. When they did deliver there would only ever be two cylinders, One only lasts four hours. Two is not much use.

It makes me feel so vulnerable to have no cylinders to rely on. It is not a cosmetic need, it is a life need through no fault on mine.

Air Products have not paid my electric bill as they promise in their booklet.

Best regards to you

Susan.

Because of various problems Susan like many other became a prisoner with no chance to get out. The risk when you have very little Oxygen is that you are unsure whether you have enough to go out and also you need some to get to Hospital if there is a problem. Her service is now under BOC. But why were Air Products given over half the country when they clearly did not have the infrastructure to handle it?
