| The church was founded in 1800 and has been home to Christians for many
years. We have a diverse congregation originating from far and wide as well
as many local people who's families have been part of the Church for many
years. A friendly welcome at the door and a service that brings Worship to a
more thoughtful level. Music old and new and members of the congregation
assisting the worship in many areas. The membership of the Church has
steadily grown over the past few years and we would like to share the
Christian message with people in the area. We have various study groups, a
choir, drama group and other activities. But first of all experience the
Warm Welcome.
Ealing Green is part of the local Methodist and United Reformed Church
Circuit which means that we not only have our own minister but we share him
with others and also we get other both full time and lay ministers
performing services. Essentially this means that ideas and experience from
many places are brought to the congregation enriching us all. We have some
Circuit services at different churches where we all meet together. Other
circuit activities include a Sports Day in the summer.
Currently our minister the Rev Dr. Alan Spence
also looks after a URC Church in Hounslow as
well as Ealing Green.
Recently members of the Church family visited Zimbabwe on a mission to
see how various projects could be helped. We hope to help with these
projects in a Country that is the home for some of our members but is also a
place where the people need our Prayers. More information will be published
about how we can all help.
On the 7th June 2008 we will have our Summer Market between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm to raise money
for 3 Charities, South African BBQ, plus Books, Toys, CD's, Plants, Cakes and much more.
Between April 20th to 22nd 2007 we saw The
Cradle Song at
Ealing Green Church as our Players got into the Habit of putting on a play
about an order of Dominican Nuns. A Christian play by Christian Players.
